Where do you ship orders from?

Currently, all US orders ship directly from our warehouse located in Los Angeles, California. In event our US warehouse doesn’t have stock, we will ship from one of our other warehouses closest to you.

For China regions such as Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, or Macao we will ship your order using SF Express from Shenzhen.

For other regions, orders will ship from Shenzhen or Hong Kong. This allows us to offer fast shipping to most of the world in 3-5 days.

For European customers you can purchase directly from us with VAT included, however, you can also purchase from our distributor Sick Boards.

Can I return the wheels?

As wheels are unable to be sold once opened, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. We back up our wheels with a 6 month manufacturers warranty against defects. Things that aren’t covered are normal wear and tear.

What payment methods do you accept?

We take Visa and Mastercard payment as well as Apple, Google Pay and WeChat Pay. Unfortunately we don’t take payments with PayPal.

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipping within 24-48 hours of being placed. You’ll receive tracking details once the chosen shipping carrier has actually picked up the package. Because of this it may be 1-2 days before you receive any tracking, don’t panic though we’ve got your back.

Our US fulfillment team works Monday to Friday (Excluding Holidays), so if you order on Friday, please expect a slight delay until the next business day for shipping. However, our Shenzhen team works 6 days a week excluding Holidays.
