Where do you ship orders from?

Currently, all orders ship directly from our warehouse located in New Jersey, USA. We’re expanding coverage and will soon have Australia and Europe locations. We also have various retailers who stock our products.

Can I return the wheels?

As wheels are unable to be sold once opened, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. We back up our wheels with a 6 month manufacturers warranty against defects. Things that aren’t covered are normal wear and tear.

What payment methods do you accept?

We take Visa and Mastercard payment as well as Apple and Google Pay. Unfortunately we don’t take payments with PayPal.

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipping within 24-48 hours of being placed. You’ll receive tracking details once the chosen shipping carrier has actually picked up the package. Because of this it may be 1-2 days before you receive any tracking, don’t panic though we’ve got your back.

Our fulfilment team only works during the week, so if you order on Friday, please expect a slight delay until the next business day for shipping.
